Sco-Terra Consulting Group Limited is an Ontario based Civil and Environmental Consulting Engineering Firm established in 1998 by Richard J. Pellerin, P. Eng.

Sco-Terra’s Engineering Group provides consulting engineering services to municipal, institutional and private sector clients in the following core areas:

• Municipal Engineering
• Water and Wastewater Treatment Infrastructure
• Solid Waste Management – Landfill Sites, Transfer Stations, Public Drop-off Facilities

Operations Group

Sco-Terra Operations Group Inc. is a recently formed Ontario Corporation established as a complimentary business to and an affiliate of Sco-Terra Consulting Group Limited.

The Operations Group’s service offering is focused on the Contract Operations, Maintenance and Management (OM&M) of Municipal, Institutional and Private Drinking Water Systems, Wastewater (Sewage) Systems, Stormwater Management Facilities, Solid Waste Facilities (Landfill Sites, Transfer Stations, etc.) and associated infrastructure.

Our Operations Staff is fully licensed in Ontario for Water Supply, Treatment and Distribution and Wastewater Collection and Treatment.

David Kohli, CET

David brings 25 years of experience in the front-line operations, supervision and management of water and wastewater infrastructure to his position as General Manager.

Richard Pellerin, P.Eng.

Richard contributes 26 years of Consulting Engineering, Regulatory Approvals and Management experience in his position as President of Sco-Terra Operations Group Inc.
